Accessing library off campus

I cannot log in to anything to view library resources off campus. A college
tech flyer from last year references a VPN webapp, but that link is dead,
and if I search for the journal I want through the library site, it just
goes to a dead site. I am never prompted to enter my student ID number, nor
can I click on a resource that brings me to a part of the library page. The
guides on the library how to are from 2013 and no longer work.

How can I access the library from off campus?

Can you let me know what you are trying to access? Please provide more detail.

I am at the reference desk if you want to call.
