If you are unable to renew a book online it is for one of three reasons:
1. You have exceeded the number of renewals allowed--one 3-week loan period plus two 3-week renewals. The system will not allow you to renew again without a library override.
2. The book is already overdue. Once a book is overdue, the system will not allow you to renew online. You will have to contact the library so that a member of our staff can renew it for you.
3. Another patron has placed a hold on the book. In this case, you will need to return the book when your current loan period is over.
In any case, if you have trouble renewing a book, just call or come by the library on either campus during open hours and we'll be happy to help.
